At Umindak, each piece is created with care and intention. Many of our products are made to order or created as one-of-a-kind works to support mindful, low-waste fashion. Because of this, our return and refund policy is item-specific and strictly enforced.

ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS — FINAL SALE

All one-of-a-kind items are FINAL SALE.

These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Fit or sizing concerns
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Wearability expectations

Because one-of-a-kind pieces are unique, original, and irreplaceable, all sales are final once purchased.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before checkout.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Fit preference
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind

Exceptions:
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at umindak@paruparostudios.com with your order number and photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Sizing Responsibility

Sizing selection is the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page and measure yourself before ordering.

If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage you to reach out before placing your order — we’re happy to help.

In-Stock (Non-Custom) Items

Select in-stock items that are not one-of-a-kind or made-to-order may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging

Return authorization is required. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • One-of-a-kind items
  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
