Refund & Return Policy

At Umindak, each piece is made with care and intention — many of our products are created on demand to reduce waste and promote more mindful fashion. Because of that, our return process may vary depending on the type of item.

Made-to-Order Items

We want you to love what you ordered. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at umindak@paruparostudios.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps for replacement or refund.

Made-to-order items are final sale unless there is a quality or printing issue. If you’d like a different size or color, simply place a new order once your return is resolved.

One-of-a-Kind & In-Stock Items

For unique, in-stock pieces that are shipped directly from us, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To begin, email us at umindak@paruparostudios.com for return authorization and mailing instructions.

Items returned without approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if there’s a problem. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale
• Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective or damaged)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the credit.

EU Customers – 14-Day Return Window

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
